Remote Destination Specialist

We're looking for organized, client-focused individuals to help travelers research destinations, compare options, and coordinate important trip details.

As a Remote Destination Specialist, you'll help clients narrow down choices, organize planning information, and keep destination-related arrangements accurate and on track.

Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

• Research destinations and available options
• Gather client dates, preferences, and priorities
• Compare accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Assist with reservations and confirmations
• Organize itinerary and destination details
• Provide updates and follow up on pending items
• Help with changes or special requests
• Maintain accurate client records

What We're Looking For

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Clear, professional communication
• Reliable follow-through
• Comfort researching and comparing options
• Ability to manage multiple client requests
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Comfort working independently
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes

Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
