KAI KAI at Crooked Can in Minneola, FL, is hiring experienced Line Cooks who are passionate about food, teamwork, and working in a high-energy kitchen.

We're looking for motivated culinary professionals who take ownership of their stations, understand the importance of timing, and know how to execute great food during even the busiest shifts.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.

  • Execute multiple orders efficiently during high-volume service.

  • Work across kitchen stations as assigned.

  • Maintain consistent portion sizes, presentation, and food quality.

  • Coordinate with other cooks to ensure proper timing and ticket execution.

  • Complete station setup, stocking, and breakdown.

  • Monitor food freshness, storage, and inventory.

  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operating procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous professional line cook experience required.

  • Experience with Asian cuisine strongly preferred.

  • Experience in fast-paced, high-volume kitchens.

  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, preparation, and food handling.

  • Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy service.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.

  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
