Role Description

Position: Technical Recruiter

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm Pacific time

Pay Range: USD 1,200 - 1,600 monthly base salary (plus commission and bonuses)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Source top-tier technical talent across LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other tools

  • Knowledge or use of Recruit CRM or any CRM tool

  • Craft compelling outreach messages and follow-ups

  • Evaluate, rank, and recommend candidates based on client briefs

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and internal stakeholders

  • Meet weekly KPIs for outreach, interviews, and placements

  • Collaborate with the team through check-ins, debriefs, and Slack communications

  • Contribute to a high-energy, performance-driven team culture

 

Required Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of experience in technical recruiting or a strong background in sales
  • Fluent English with minimal to no accent (non-negotiable)

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, ZoomInfo, ContactOut, or similar tools

  • Coachable, self-driven, and results-oriented

  • Comfortable working US hours (Pacific Time)

  • College degree preferred but not required

  • Experience recruiting for US-based startups or agencies a strong advantage

  • Prior experience with high-ticket sales ($25K–$50K deals) is a plus for junior candidates

Client Application Process

  • 15–20 minute intro call with the co-founders
  • 1-hour take-home sourcing and messaging assessment
  • Debrief call to discuss assessment
  • Final round interview with the broader team
