This role is essential in building strong partnerships with central business operations leaders and tenant partner stakeholders to gather business requirements, drive system process improvements, and strategize on new functionality and enhancements based on institutional priorities. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, collaborative problem-solver, and strategic thinker who brings a positive, team-oriented approach to managing key functions of a comprehensive Workday system in a higher education environment.Required Qualifications:

Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, a negligible amount of force frequently, and/or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
Five (5) years of related human resources and/or information systems experience, which includes at least two (2) years of Workday configuration and release-management experience
Preferred
Master’s degree in information technology, or closely related field from an accredited institution.
Technologies: XSLT, XPATH, XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, WSDL
Database: SQL Server.
Workday Functional (Student, HCM, Finance, Purchasing, Payroll), Workday Technical (BP configuration, EIBs, Integrations, WD Extend, Connecters, Studio, Calculated Fields, RAS, Prism, Security Basics), or other ERP platform experience.
Higher Education experience is a plus.
