Systems Analyst

Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Analyst who is passionate about leveraging technology to drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a blend of analytical skills and technical proficiency, with experience in Java and/or .NET Applications. This role requires strong expertise in systems integration, virtualization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively. The Analyst will play a key role in enhancing our systems and processes, with a focus on understanding Manufacturing solutions that add tangible value. Oracle Fusion knowledge/experience is a plus. 

Responsibilities 

• Develop and translate business requirements into technical requirements and test plans (both system and user). 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement systems integration solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.  

• Analyze complex data sets and systems to identify opportunities for integration, virtualization, and optimization. 

• Leverage expertise in Oracle Fusion or ERP integration to enhance system performance and efficiency.  

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and desired results. 

• Build strong business relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities. 

• Understand the financial impact of manufacturing system initiatives, including ROI and justification for technology investments. 

• Provide technical expertise and support for manufacturing, quality/compliance, accounting, and other business functions. 

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in software development, systems integration, and business analytics. 

• Manage a service-now backlog and request system, focused on Scrum Sprint methodology. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required 

• Strong technical acumen with experience in systems integration, virtualization, and Oracle Fusion or any ERP integration (preferred). 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong business relationships. 

• Understanding of financial concepts and the ability to assess the financial impact of manufacturing system initiatives. 

• Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus. 

• Proven experience in system and business analysis. Working knowledge of Java and/or .NET applications.
