Responsible for supporting all software products used at the casino, including troubleshooting, user management, and customization. Executes work associated with project plans for upgrading or enhancing systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
- Follows through with the Business Systems Manager and Department heads on the status of the software troubleshooting and customization.
- Provides an expert functional IT resource to end users on various Hospitality and business systems that include but are not limited to; IGT Advantage, Infor HMS, InfoGenesis, Boook4TIme, etc.
- Updates the Business Systems Manager and Help Desk on the status of work orders, while at the same time providing a liaison between software vendors and the business.
- Stays current on industry trends and technical specifications for all relevant hardware and software.
- Promotes a collaborative team environment to ensure consistent, high quality IT service delivery across the enterprise.
- Aligns system functionalities with business requirements to maximize the value of technical assets.
- Coordinates the development and implementation of training programs to assist in on-going operations.
- Maximizes software performance by working with the Central IT Engineering Department to perform software maintenance on Windows and Linux servers.
- Provides excellent guest service to both guests and internal clients.
- Must comply with all applicable ACCRM, ACPS and ACCC System of Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures, and all Tribal Regulations.

QualificationsEducation and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or G.E.D with a preference for a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Information Technology.
- Must have knowledge of industry-related software, including IGT Advantage Suite, IGT Bonusing Applications, InfoGenesis, Infor HMS, Boook4Time.
- 1-3 years of experience in Information Technology in the Gaming Industry with either a Casino Operator, Gaming Vendor or Hospitality Operator preferred.
- Must have excellent communication skills, good organizational skills as well as interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs, and sitting at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift. Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.
Typically the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
