- Monitor billing processes and account receivable collections
- Prepare AR reports and submit appeals for denied claims if necessary
- Review payroll checks and tax payments
- Prepare quarter and annual payroll tax reports
- Conduct audits in facilities on a quarterly basis
- Review month-end financial closing, analyze monthly income statements, and verify balance sheets
- Compile documents for annual audits conducted by government agencies and financial review for external CPA
- Maintain files as needed within department
- Coordinate AR operations with Facilityβs Administrator and office managers
- Perform ad-hoc duties or reports as required
- Proficient in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
