Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to manage and improve the company's IT infrastructure. This includes evaluation, development, implementation, maintenance, and support of IT systems, as well as reviewing and improving current processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage network and security equipment across various environments (production, DR, test)
- Perform upgrades and hardening of IT infrastructure
- Apply security patches and monitor system obsolescence
- Renew network system passwords and certificates
- Conduct network backups and ensure disaster recovery readiness
- Support and manage infrastructure projects according to timelines and guidelines
- Provide second-level network support and resolve issues as per Service Level Agreements
- Diagnose problems and implement preventative measures
- Schedule and implement network system changes following change management procedures
- Maintain a database of all IT infrastructure components
- Monitor and optimize network performance
- Implement IT service management processes in line with corporate security policies
- Develop and maintain technical and process documentation
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Preferred certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCSA, CCSE, PCNSA, PCNSE, NSE (up to level 4)
- Minimum 5 years of experience with network and security equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, load balancers, DNS, NAC)
- Certification/experience in public cloud administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiar with data center operations
