Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, consolidate, and review internal financial statements and reports across all subsidiary locations and legal entities.
  • Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, intercompany eliminations, consolidation reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure consistent application of GAAP, accounting policies, and internal controls across all entities.
  • Utilize Sage Intacct to process, reconcile, and review multi-entity financial data.
  • Use FloQast to manage close checklists, reconciliations, and task tracking for timely completion of close activities.
  • Coordinate with teams using CCH Axcess Practice Management to ensure accurate time, billing, and WIP reporting for internal purposes.
  • Use Bill.com for vendor invoice processing and payment workflows; reconcile activity in the ERP.
  • Support internal audits, SOX/internal control reviews, and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (IT, Operations, HR) to improve data validation, automation, and process efficiencies.
  • Provide financial insights to leadership for regional performance tracking.
  • Mentor and train staff across affiliate offices on internal accounting standards and consolidation procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
  • CPA preferred (active or in progress).
  • 3–5 years of public or corporate accounting experience, with strong consolidation, intercompany, and internal reporting background.
  • Proficiency in Sage Intacct, FloQast, Bill.com, and CCH Axcess Practice Management preferred (training provided if not experienced).
  • Advanced Excel skills; ERP consolidation module or BI tool experience a plus.
  • Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate with a distributed team.
