Position Overview:
The Human Resources Manager is expected to oversee the implementation of all HR processes at assigned plant(s), including, but not limited to, talent acquisition, employee payroll management, HR policy development and implementation, management guidance, conflict resolution, and aligning HR department goals with the overall company goals. This role will ensure that all HR policies and procedures adhere to all relevant state and federal employment laws. This position has several direct reports and will provide overall leadership for a team. The qualified individual should have significant previous experience of working in a Human Resource department in a business environment and should have a strong knowledge of all HR operational practices and procedures, as well as the relevant laws and regulations. The individual should have the ability to help resolve issues that arise within a plant to the satisfaction of all parties.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
Education and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
Preferred Education: SHRM or PHR certification is preferred.
Preferred Experience: Three or more years of experience in Human Resources, including experience in a multi-shift manufacturing environment.
