IT Support Technicians are expected to provide guidance, assistance, coordination, and follow-up with internal customers regarding IT related issues. Your contributions on the team will help our employees and business partners with issues including error messages, software requests and installation/troubleshooting of software, formatting of files, computer/hard drive issues, and more.

High School diploma or GED required. An Associate's or vocational degree in computer or technical related science or equivalent work experience is preferred.
