Job Summary
The IT Support Specialist provides frontline technical support to employees, ensuring reliable access to systems, applications, and equipment. As a primary point of contact for IT issues, this role resolves routine hardware, software, and account-related requests while delivering strong customer service. The role supports technologies including Microsoft 365, virtual desktops, engineering applications, mobile devices, and AV systems, and assists with device deployment, onboarding/offboarding, and asset management.
This role supports process improvement efforts, user education, and the development of documentation. Candidates should be familiar with AI enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude and be comfortable using them to research solutions, troubleshoot issues, and improve efficiency.

Pay Transparency
Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $57,000 to $67,000 per year based on skill set and experience. The selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones photocopiers, filing cabinets.
