We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented In-House Recruiter to join our team and help us find and onboard Home Health Aides (HHAs). 
 
The In-House Recruiter will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of HHAs, ensuring we have a strong pipeline of qualified caregivers to meet our clients’ needs. This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, guiding them through the hiring process, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. While the role is primarily office-based, occasional travel may be required to attend job fairs, community events, and other recruiting activities.
 

Key Responsibilities For In-House Recruiter:

  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified HHAs.

  • Post job advertisements on various platforms and maintain an active presence on social media to engage candidates.

  • Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and evaluate candidates based on agency standards.

  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process, including the collection of required documentation, background checks, and orientation scheduling.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. 

  • Collaborate with the HR and Operations teams to ensure staffing needs are met promptly.

Qualifications For In-House Recruiter:

  • Previous home care experience 

  • Knowledge of HHA qualifications and state-specific certification requirements (preferred but not required – willing to train the right candidate).

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Willingness to travel locally for recruitment purposes.
