You will lead a team of HR professionals, drive strategic HR and recruitment initiatives, and directly contribute to our mission of providing vital healthcare services to our community.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on all HR-related matters.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee and manage the HR budget.
Human Resources Management:
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, and provide expert guidance on HR policies and best practices.
- Employee Experience: Champion a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering employee engagement, development, and retention.
- HR Administration: Oversee the management of employee records, HR databases (preferably Paylocity), and administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Benefits Support: Ensure accurate and timely administration of benefits, and address employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters.
- Performance Management: Lead the development and implementation of performance management processes to enhance employee performance and development.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team.
- Culture & Development: Drive culture-building initiatives, employee programs, and leadership development efforts.
HR Business Partner Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to organizational leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
- Coach and advise managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and talent development.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between HR and other departments.
Talent Acquisition Leadership:
- Strategic Recruitment: Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract and secure top-tier talent, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Full-Cycle Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and seamless onboarding.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, refine job descriptions, and ensure a streamlined and efficient hiring experience.
- Sourcing Innovation: Leverage diverse sourcing channels, including online platforms, social media, and industry networks, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve hiring outcomes.
