This entry level position provides hands-on training in HR processes, business operations, and team development, making it an ideal stepping-stone toward a successful career in Human Resources or business administration.
Requirements:
- Select, Interview and onboard new hires
- Conduct or assist with new hire orientation
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
- Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
- Provides clerical support to the Human Resources Director
- Uphold the company's Mission and Vision statement
- Oversee job fairs and hiring events
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR director

- Prior related office experience required
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Google Suites
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn human resource information system (HRIS) and similar computer applications
Operational Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd Mile Service to guests
Ensure the stations are cleaned according to Food Safety/BOH standards
Learn all Positions of the Restaurant to assist when needed
Execute operational responsibilities according to company standards
Other operational support for the business as needed
Availability: Full-Time or Part-Time position
