What is the role?

Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is your chance to be part of an iconic Aussie brand, contribute to meaningful HR work, and gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll play an important role in keeping things running smoothly across the Human Resources function.

The key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the full employee lifecycle – preparing contracts, onboarding documentation, and offboarding checklists
• Keeping our HR systems and employee records accurate, organised and up to date
• Assisting with policy updates, training compliance records and employee certifications
• Supporting recruitment processes through tasks such as interview scheduling and reference checks
• Helping coordinate HR events, inductions and internal training sessions
• Responding to general HR queries from employees and managers, escalating where needed
• Providing admin support across a variety of HR projects and initiatives

Who are we looking for?

• Someone currently studying (or recently completed) HR, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in hospitality and an appreciation for the energy of the industry is advantageous
• Exposure to an administrative role is highly regarded
• A team player with strong organisational and time management skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented and confident using the Microsft Office suite
• Bonus points if you love food, coffee and the buzz of the hospitality scene!
