About the roles:
- Although this role is ultimately “commercial law” you will have the opportunity to gain experience in varied and niche matters depending on client needs.
- Preparing, reviewing and amending contracts, commercial reports, agreements and other related documentation as well as undertaking research, identifying legal risks and ensuring compliance.
- Support senior lawyers, protect and promote client relationships and act on opportunities to grow the business!
The ideal candidates:
- Graduate Lawyer and Lawyer with up to 2 years’ PQE with general commercial law experience
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records
- Excellent research and communication skills (verbal and written), good personality and attitude and a team player.
