Worxweb Solutions, a leading recruitment agency, is actively searching for an Experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join a team of motivated professionals. Location:

Shift Hours:

8 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and sustain interest among healthcare professionals.
• Manage recruitment processes for nursing and allied healthcare positions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in healthcare recruiting, particularly in nursing or allied healthcare fields.
• Adept at operating in a competitive environment; aptly described as being a "shark."
• Required to work onsite five days a week.
• Competent computer skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Experience managing contingent labor is preferable.

Compensation Structure:

• Base Salary: $45,000 annually.
• Commission: Earn weekly commissions based on invoiced Gross Profit (GP$), with rates ranging from 2% to 20% depending on the invoiced amount. Additional tiered commissions available under Plan B when specific billing targets are met.
• Bonuses: Includes payments for extensions and additional discretionary bonuses (spiffs) ranging from $20 to $150 based on the profit percentage of closed deals.
