  • Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, including user management, page layouts, dashboards, reports, automation (Flows, Process Builder), and overall platform configuration. Support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service in maximizing CRM functionality and ensuring accurate, actionable data.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize configurations and workflows, reduce manual work and increase automation in line with best practices for business process efficiency.
  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to business users. Work closely with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate requirements into effective visualizations and data models.
  • Collaborate with external third-party support resources to optimize and remove data quality issues in the ERP and integrated systems.
  • Partner with departments such as finance, procurement, operations, and supply chain to map and analyze existing business processes. Document workflows and define requirements in preparation for an ERP migration and other systems initiatives.
  • Configure and maintain EDI document mappings (e.g., purchase orders, invoices, shipping notices). Work with trading partners and third-party vendors to support data exchange and troubleshoot any EDI-related issues.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team. Gather requirements for new features or process changes, translate them into system specifications, and manage enhancement projects. Communicate updates and system capabilities to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring technology solutions align with business needs.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to manage integrations between ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems. Monitor and troubleshoot data exchanges, including EDI transactions, in coordination with third-party providers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and integrations. Ensure data governance practices are upheld and systems are compliant with business and security standards.
