We are looking to hire an Accountant or Senior Accountant, depending on your level of experience. This role provides essential accounting and analytical support while partnering with other departments to ensure data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• General accounting duties and monthly close processes
• Inventory reporting and reconciliation
• Standard costing and cost analysis
• Purchase Price Variance (PPV) reporting and analysis
• Excess & Obsolete inventory reserve calculation
• Display accounting and promotional program tracking
• Backup support for Fixed Asset Accounting
• Accounting support to cross-functional teams
• Provide timely, accurate financial information to help improve daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent experience
• 3–7 years of accounting experience (open to a more junior or more senior candidate based on fit)
• Experience in inventory, cost accounting, and/or manufacturing environments a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• An attitude for continuous improvement—bonus points if you're Six Sigma certified or interested in pursuing it
