Due to continued growth, we are looking for Graduate Accountants or students in the final stages of their accounting degree to join our in-office team in a full-time capacity.

About the Role

This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or final-year students in accounting or commerce. You’ll gain hands-on experience and be mentored by experienced professionals across:

  • Tax Compliance – Preparation of tax returns for individuals, companies, and trusts, from startups to complex group structures.
  • Business Advisory Support – Assisting senior team members with BAS, IAS, and ATO reporting obligations.
  • Client Engagement – Supporting clients with bookkeeping, reconciliations, coding queries, STP reporting, and superannuation obligations.
  • Collaborative Teamwork – Working alongside advisors and managers to deliver exceptional client service and practical solutions.

    About You

    We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, curious, and eager to grow:

    • Completing or recently completed a Bachelor of Accounting/Commerce

    • 6–12 months of experience in public practice is ideal but not essential

    • Confident using Excel, Word, and Office365

    • A desire to pursue CA/CPA qualifications

    • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, professional attitude

    • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a supportive environment
