Position Overview:

The Team Lead, IT Support Associate is responsible for overseeing daily IT support operations within a manufacturing warehouse environment. This role ensures reliable performance of hardware, software, and network systems that support warehouse operations, while leading a team of IT support associates to deliver timely technical assistance.

What You'll Do:

• Assign tasks, manage schedules, and monitor team performance.
• Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Provide training and guidance on systems, tools, and processes.
• Provide hands-on support for warehouse IT systems (RF scanners, printers, workstations, mobile devices).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ensure minimal downtime for warehouse operations systems (WMS, ERP interfaces).
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
• Maintain and monitor local network infrastructure (LAN/Wi-Fi).
• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance.
• Support integration and functionality of warehouse technologies (barcode scanners, conveyor systems, IoT devices).
• Manage IT tickets and ensure SLA compliance.
• Track, document, and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
• Analyze recurring issues and implement preventive solutions.

Let's Talk About You:

• 3–5+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with warehouse systems (WMS), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) tools.
• Understanding of Wi-Fi networks in large facilities.

Salary Range:

$85,000.00 - $118,000.00 / year
