This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Systems Analyst in the United States.

In this role, you will serve as a key contributor to the management, configuration, and optimization of enterprise applications, including core banking and business systems. You will analyze business needs, recommend solutions, and ensure applications are efficiently configured to support organizational objectives. Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, you will lead projects, document processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and business insight, enabling seamless integration, performance monitoring, and system enhancements. The position offers the opportunity to influence technology strategy, drive system optimization, and support operational excellence in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Analyze business needs and provide solutions that leverage existing systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop system roadmaps, configure applications, and support enterprise objectives.
  • Monitor system performance, identify gaps, and recommend optimizations to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Create detailed documentation including system models, specifications, diagrams, and data flow charts.
  • Lead smaller system upgrade projects, including planning, coordination, and post-implementation support.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, SOPs, and end-user support for application changes.
  • Support continuous improvement, compliance, and adoption of best practices across applications and platforms.



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Systems Analysis, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, systems analysis, or enterprise application support, preferably in financial services.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst working with Core Banking Systems, Loan Origination Systems, CRM, or other enterprise applications.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis, project management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise software solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote-first environment.
