Compensation Range
Hourly: $62,000.00 - $83,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to provide day-to-day support of commercial banking applications and assist with developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that systems utilized within the commercial line of business to meet the needs of the organization and the end users. The Systems Analyst will define and document system requirements and costs based on user/client needs, and required integration with new or existing applications, systems, or platforms.
Essential Functions
Provide tier 2 support for our digital deposit account opening and credit applications
Serve as a business and systems resource, implementing technical solutions to meet business needs
Define and document system requirements and cost based on user/client needs and required integration with new or existing applications, systems, or platforms
Monitor systems and databases for functionality and availability to users, troubleshoot, and respond to user inquiries
Research, analyze, assist with the design, testing, and implementation of applications, working in cooperation with internal departments and vendors as needed
Develop and execute test scripts, create and manage defect list
Utilize systems to develop and generate requested reports
Act as liaison between the business subject matter expert’s, our IT partners, and vendors
Participate on projects that impact the Commercial Line of Business
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Experience supporting internal systems including: troubleshooting, user access rights, MFA, integrations, and other internal and external customer issues
Knowledge of the Agile project methodology
Relationship building skills to work effectively with a variety of individuals at all levels throughout the Bank
Situational analysis and decision-making skills and abilities
Demonstrated initiative and innovative thinking skills
Ability to analyze details, translate technical and non-technical terminology, and adopt a big picture view
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
2+ years systems analysis experience required
2+ years banking and/or financial industry experience preferred
Database design, application development, web services, and application and infrastructure security experience preferred
