We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize our enterprise applications ecosystem. This role is critical in ensuring our technology investments deliver value, stability, and continuous innovation across the organization. The ideal candidate has strong technical and analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience supporting Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or other enterprise class ERP systems.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

Technical Innovation 

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of supported system(s), including their technical capabilities and integration points. 

  • Collaborate with product teams and functional users to design creative, scalable technical solutions. 

  • Develop and implement system enhancements that maximize value from our technology investments. 

  • Continually assess system architecture, technical specifications, and emerging tools to identify opportunities for process and system improvements. 

Application Enablement 

  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and specifications. 

  • Validate that proposed or developed technical solutions fully meet functional requirements. 

  • Partner with product teams to ensure technical considerations are incorporated into planning, operations, and roadmaps. 

  • Understand endtoend business processes and their system implications across multiple functional areas. 

  • Ensure enterprise systems follow industry standards and best practices for security, compliance, and data privacy. 

  • Participate in oncall rotation to support critical systems and provide afterhours assistance when needed. 

Issue Resolution & Support 

  • Configure and support enterprise applications to meet defined functional needs. 

  • Execute detailed application troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution. 

  • Ensure service quality in alignment with established SLAs and operational expectations. 

  • Collaborate across teams to leverage shared technology services and best practices. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with functional users to support adoption, satisfaction, and continuous improvement. 

  • Mentor and develop junior Systems Analysts, contributing to team growth and capability building. 

 

Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, MIS, Computer Science, Business, or related field — or equivalent experience. 

  • 3+ years of technical experience supporting enterprise-class applications. 

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or another enterprise ERP system (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) strongly preferred. 

  • Exposure to supporting functional business areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Manufacturing is a plus. 

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred. 

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 

  • Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to nontechnical business users. 

  • Strong foundation in application development concepts, database technologies, and data structures. 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business productivity tools. 

  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with strong attention to detail. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment. 

  • Strong organization, followthrough, and documentation skills. 

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. 

  • Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders and handle complex situations with confidence, tact, and professionalism. 

  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 

  • Strong team player with a commitment to delivering solutions that support organizational success. 

  • Ability to understand, troubleshoot, and enhance ERP business processes, integrations, workflows, and security models. 

 

Preferred ERP-Related Qualifications (Highly Valuable) 

  • Handson experience configuring or supporting D365 F&O modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related areas). 

  • Familiarity with ERP integrations, batch jobs, data entities, and workflow configuration. 

  • Understanding of ERP security roles, data management, and upgrade or release processes.

Base Pay Range:

$77,500.00 - $116,300.00

Vera Bradley’s compensation ranges are based on market data and comply with all local, state and federal regulations. Individual pay within the listed range depends on work location, skills, experience, and relevant education. The posted salary reflects base pay only and excludes bonuses, equity, or other incentives, if applicable.
