We’re actively seeking a talented Sr Business Systems Analyst, Individual Policy/Enrollment to join our Technology Workforce Benefits Team in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha NE. Relocation assistance may be provided.
The Sr Business Systems Analyst Individual Policy/Enrollment will partner with our business functional areas and technology teams to develop and enhance Workforce Benefit Division’s group benefits enrollment capabilities and deliver a highly integrated enrollment process from external benefit administrators to internal administration system.
This analyst will analyze current and future business needs related to enrollment processing and recommend solutions to improve the automated flow of enrollment transactions from source to individual policy creation. The analyst will analyze complex business problems, work with stakeholders to determine business needs, translate to technical requirements, and recommend solutions. This role will identify gaps in designs, provide group benefits enrollment expertise, and be responsible for the delivery of requirements and technology solutions to provide a scalable enrollment technology product. This role will serve as a valued partner across Workforce Benefits to enable enhanced decision-making and customer service for enrollment by supporting the build of a connected digital framework.

Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
