Main purpose of the role:

Simmons Adaptive is currently searching for a junior commercial contracts lawyer, immediately available to support for an assignment lasting from 1-3 months. You will be working with one of our financial institution clients.

This will be on a full-time basis, and will involve managing a wide range of commercial contracts. This is a junior role so ideal for those that have qualified but are at an early stage in their career.

Person specification:

  • You are a qualified lawyer with commercial contracts experience across a range of matters.
  • You will ideally be working in-house however those from a private practice background will be considered.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner.
  • You can work autonomously but can also collaborate effectively as part of the wider team.
  • You are a self-motivated team player, with a desire to develop strong relationships and excellent time management skills.
  • You will be required to hold the relevant right to work for the UK, visa sponsorship is not available via Adaptive.
