Additional Requirements
5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or strategic recruiting role. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring senior-level talent, including executives, directors, and other specialized professionals. Expertise in building and executing recruitment strategies across a variety of industries and functions. Strong knowledge of recruiting tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Deep understanding of candidate assessment methods, interview best practices, and leadership competency evaluation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage complex recruitment processes for multiple high-priority positions. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align recruitment efforts with company strategy and goals. Experience using data and analytics to measure the success of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions. Proven experience in driving diversity and inclusion initiatives within the hiring process. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to determine qualifications, cultural fit, and leadership potential. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing expert guidance on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in interviewing and hiring. Utilize data-driven insights to track and analyze recruitment metrics, ensuring efficiency and improving hiring processes. Manage candidate relationships through a transparent, positive, and efficient process, ensuring a high-touch experience throughout. Collaborate with internal teams on employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice. Stay current with the latest recruitment technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies. Assist with the development and execution of diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring that our recruitment processes promote equal opportunities for all candidates. Lead and mentor junior recruiters and support staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to help them succeed. Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and ensuring timely and effective hiring outcomes.
