This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our client office (Toronto) at a minimum 2-3 days per week - subject to change at any time.
As a Senior Consultant, Business Systems Analysis, you will be responsible for executing business and system analysis activities within a matrix organization in order to advance assigned business initiatives and ensure project success.
You will act as a liaison between project stakeholders by serving as single point of contact with respect to requirement expertise, requirement management process and will actively participate in all phases of a project life cycle. This role requires interaction with multiple Regulatory Compliance and Operations Management groups as well as other Technology teams.
You can demonstrate experience with: 5-7 or more years of experience in a business systems analyst role handling user story, documentation, requirements gathering.
You have experience working within an Agile environment as a member of a technology team responsible for supporting applications involving client and regulatory data.
Understanding of Capital Markets products and regulatory reporting processes (such as AML/KYC, Risk Assessment etc.) is a ideal.
You have clear articulation and communication skills, detail oriented and organized in nature; can lead in testing of system changes and coordinate User Acceptance Testing by creating and executing Test Plans; will be able to assess research, analyze and document sponsor/stakeholder needs in accordance with project deliverables.
Must have skills:
• 5-7 years of relevant career BSA experience in agile environments
• 5+ years experience in Capital Markets (preferably in Regulatory Reporting)
• 3+ years experience using SQL queries
• Experience in System Analysis
• Experience in writing user stories
• Experience in requirements analysis and quality documentation
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excel - vLookup / pivot tables
