Required:
<\/h3>

• Active<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Top Secret Clearance\/SCI Eligibility; <\/span><\/span>This position may require the successful completion of a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/b>
  <\/p><\/li>

• 8+ years of experience in business systems, project management, or technical program leadership
  <\/p><\/li>

• Experience leading cross\-functional technical teams
  <\/p><\/li>

• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
  <\/p><\/li>

• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  <\/p><\/li>

• Excellent stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills
  <\/p><\/li>

• Experience working with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, financial systems, etc.)
  <\/p><\/li>

• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
  <\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

  Preferred:
  <\/h3>

  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Experience in a government, defense, or regulated environment
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
