This education Recruiter opportunity is for Aspire's Central Valley Region. Regular travel to Aspire Central Valley Regional Office, regional school sites and to recruitment activities will be required.

JOB SUMMARY -
Reporting to the Regional Director of Talent and working in partnership with Regional Leadership Teams, you will source and cultivate candidates, work with regional and site based leaders to create hiring strategies, and build pipelines of diverse, high-quality candidates for roles across Aspire.
