Quality Systems Analyst
Program/ Location: Quality and Compliance / New Bedford
Education/ Licensure: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Pay Range: $60,320 - $76,960 (Experience and Education dependent)
Status: Full Time
Shift: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm

High Point has programs located throughout Southeastern Massachusetts offering a full continuum of care for substance use and mental health treatment, including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community-based services. Quality Systems Analyst Requirements
- Advanced proficiency with healthcare analytics and business intelligence platforms
- Experience with behavioral health electronic health record systems
- Strong database querying and data analysis capabilities
- Understanding of behavioral health regulatory requirements and clinical workflows
- Project management skills to balance multiple priorities across recurring reporting and strategic initiatives
- Ability to create training materials and provide technical guidance to end users
- Must always present as courteous and professional
- Ability to organize and prioritize a demanding workload while adhering to project timelines
- Must have the ability to work with others in a cooperative and collaborative manner
- Maintains appropriate boundaries and adheres to code of ethics
- Comply with federal and state regulations concerning confidentiality
- Understand and adhere to all applicable policies and procedures of HPAO
- Complete TB screening requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Travel between Sites as needed
- Off- Hours Rotation Coverage Required
Quality Systems Analyst Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform ETL (extract, transform, load) processes to consolidate data from quality systems
- Integrate data across multiple platforms for unified reporting
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and traceability across all reporting outputs
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Carepathways KPI Dashboards
- Maintain and continuously enhance dashboards based on evolving business and regulatory needs
- Optimize dashboard performance, load times, and overall user experience
- Develop automated reporting solutions to eliminate manual data collection and reporting tasks
- Create intuitive, user-friendly visualizations tailored to operational and executive audiences
- Write and maintain code (SQL, Python, DAX) to support reporting and analytics solutions
- Automate recurring reports, KPI refresh cycles, and data alerts
- Build scripts for data validation, cleansing, and transformation to improve data quality
- Support and maintain integrations between systems, including API-based connections
- Implement version control and maintain thorough documentation for code and reporting workflows
- Define, calculate, and standardize quality KPIs aligned with regulatory and business requirements
- Monitor data trends to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for quality improvement
- Conduct root cause analysis using data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Generate routine and ad hoc reports to support leadership decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, HRIS, and Operations to gather requirements and drive continuous improvement
Quality Systems Analyst Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, ETL processes, and data visualization tools (Power BI)
- 3–5 years of experience in reporting, dashboard development, and configuration within business intelligence tools
- Experience with quality systems and regulatory environments and data governance practices

Salary Disclaimer
Salary $60,320-$76,960, commensurate with experience, education, skills, and internal equity. The salary range listed is provided in accordance with Massachusetts pay transparency guidelines and current market benchmarks. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, education, certifications, skills, and internal equity. High Point reserves the right to adjust compensation based on organizational needs.
