PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process all frequencies of payrolls: weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, quarterly
- Process periodic bonus payrolls
- Process manual checks for off-period payments
- Setup and edit new client information in software
- Import, audit, and correct data from time and attendance systems to ensure accuracy
- Enter and audit all tax liabilities, child support, and garnishments
- File and pay all client tax liabilities timely and efficiently
- Review, audit, and balance all payroll-related input to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits, compliant with federal and state regulations
- Respond to clients on all payroll-related inquiries with exceptional customer service
- Maintain electronic records of all payroll transactions
- Create and update payroll, quarter-end, year-end procedures
- Assist the owner and sales team with additional tasks as assigned
