Paralegal - Capital Markets (hybrid)

Entry-Level (24/25 grad), One-Year Assignment (perfect for someone who may be planning on going to law school in a year or would like to gain excellent experience)

Our client, a top-ranked Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an entry-level Capital Markets Paralegal for a one-year full-time assignment. This position will be seconded (onsite at their client) immediately to a major global financial institution and will support the administration of its Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) portfolio.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in CLOs and the broader banking and finance industry, while working in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day administration of a CLO portfolio

• Work closely with internal legal teams and external stakeholders

• Manage documents, timelines, and related tasks to support complex transactions

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required (strong academic credentials)

• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism and discretion

• Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PDF tools, and legal software (e.g., Intapp)

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and transport materials as needed

• Flexibility to work overtime and travel occasionally
