Outreach Housing navigator

Seeking an experienced individual with a background in client outreach, housing navigation, and case management support to assist individuals and families in accessing housing resources and supportive services.

Schedule: 1st Shift
Pay: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities Include:
• Client outreach and engagement
• Housing navigation and resource referrals
• Case management support
• Documentation and follow-up services
• Transporting clients using company vehicles as needed
• Working with diverse populations in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
• Experience in client outreach, housing navigation, case management support, or related human services
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
• Flexible availability as needed
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required for company vehicle insurance)

Employment Requirements:
• Background check required
• Pre-employment drug screening required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
