  • Design and maintain TGen's enterprise wireless networking platforms. Manage wireless security and authentication protocols, including RADIUS, MSCHAPv2, and EAP-TLS.
  • Maintain TGen’s phone system by managing SIP circuits, voice-enabled routers, and hardware endpoints within a Cisco CUCM environment. Work closely with technology partners to ensure service reliability and act as the technical escalation point.
  • Utilize automation and containerized platforms to enhance the reliability, scalability, and overall manageability of the network infrastructure and internal support applications.
  • Consult with internal stakeholders to assess technological needs and evaluate vendor solutions. Identify and leverage new or existing technologies to enhance operational efficiencies
  • Research current and emerging technologies, vulnerabilities, and software updates to ensure the integrity of TGen's network. Maintain a deep understanding of network device configurations and industry best practices.
