Job Description

Service Desk Officer 

  • Paying $45-$50 per hour + Super
  • Immediate Start required 
  • Potential view to permanency

We are seeking an experienced Level 2/3 IT Support Technician to complete a contract with our client, a well known organisation based in Pemulwuy. You must have prior experience in Level 2/3 support and be able to start immediately. 

This is a contract based role with an immediate start, and a view to permanency. 

The Role

  • Providing level 2/3 Support to users across the organisation
  • Troubleshoot and support users with software, hardware and application issues
  • Maintain and support Telephony and Voip systems
  • Comply with service desk procedures
  • Support users across multiple sites
  • Contribute to continual process improvement 

You have

  • Proven experience in a similar or equivalent role, and experience in a Service Desk environment. 
  • The ability to start immediately
  • Experience with hardware, software and application troubleshooting, maintenance and support. 
  • Demonstrated analytical skills at 1,2,3 level incident resolution
  • Tertiary or relevant qualification in IT
  • Current Australian drivers licence
