Experience - One to three years of similar or related experience.
Education- (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
Interpersonal Skills - Work normally involves contacts with persons beyond immediate associates generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion. Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (members or vendors) requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information.
Other Skills - Must have excellent communication skills written and spoken.
Must possess good organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple priorities necessary to meet deadlines.
Must have strong work ethic and desire to enhance the knowledge base, technical skills and self-motivation.
Must have the ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to shifting objectives.
Must be able to analyze data and derive facts.
Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Provide workable recommendations and solutions to meet regulatory compliance requirements.
Must have the ability to learn various internal and external programs and/or applications required to complete job functions and responsibility.
Must possess working knowledge of computer programs including: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Excel.
