We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our Recruiting Firm part - time on a commission basis (high commission rate).The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
Requirements
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit to make informed recommendations to hiring managers.
- Job Postings: Create and post job openings on relevant job boards and company career websites.
- Employer Branding: Assist in developing and promoting the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment and hiring processes comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitme\]’nt data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
Qualifications:
- No experience necessary but would prefer some recruiting experience
