Education/Experience
- High school diploma, certificate of completion of secondary education, or equivalent experience (to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations) required.
- Associate degree, relevant industry training, certification or equivalent experience preferred.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.

Core Responsibilities / Activities:
- Provide advanced technical support for critical systems and devices by independently troubleshooting and resolving complex issues across end-user systems and specialized equipment, including Zebra, Windows, and IoT-enabled networked devices.
- Deliver advanced network support by diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues affecting end-user devices and operational equipment, leveraging strong networking fundamentals and close collaboration with network and infrastructure teams.
- Provide consistent, hands-on, on-site IT support for business-critical operations in a time-sensitive environment, while also supporting nearby locations as needed to ensure system stability and continuity.
Skills / Education / Experience:
- Extensive hands-on experience designing, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure, including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and overall network connectivity in a Cisco/HPE environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows-based systems in an enterprise environment; familiarity with Linux environments is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and resolve complex technical issues with minimal supervision.
Technical Skills:
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems (XP through 11) and Windows Server environments (2008 through 2019).
- Familiarity with antivirus platforms, Active Directory, and foundational Windows security configurations.
- Foundational understanding of network infrastructure concepts, including TCP/IP, switching, and common network devices.
- Strong technical aptitude with standard IT tools and software, including Microsoft Office, Telnet/Putty clients, Remote Desktop, and enterprise collaboration platforms such as Teams and SharePoint.
