POSITION SUMMARY

The position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the critical governance function of Sunrise Banks’ Infrastructure information systems.  It is also responsible for the administration of file movement software that is managed by the technology teams.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Information Systems Infrastructure Analysis

  • Leads the identification, coordination, and remediation of security threats within the Sunrise Technology teams.
  • Enhances Security Controls as recommended by the I.S. Security Officer and the Information Security Program (ISP).
  • Administers and manages tools and processes used for file transfer within Sunrise Banks.
  • Provides escalated Service Desk support for Level 2/Level 3 tickets and ensures they are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Applies experience and knowledge of information technology to make suggestions to management for enhancements to existing or new systems to increase efficiencies.
  • Manages assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
  • Keeps IT L10 and Infrastructure Services Manager currently informed of all matters of major importance that are necessary to manage the department effectively
  • Provides documentation and information required for internal and external audit.
  • Performs other responsibilities and special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 4 Year college degree, and Master’s degree in technology/MIS, or business-related relevant experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to queries from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to write recommendations, specifying design requirements and objective and assisting with or directly writing proposals.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and meet required deadlines.
  • Attention to detail required.
  • Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • Superior skill set in the use of Microsoft Office Suites



 

 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Annual salary DOQ: $100,000 – $140,000
