Job Title: In-House Sales Representative

Location: NC Furniture Warehouse (Archdale, NC)
Pay: $20/hour + $0.70/mile reimbursement

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated In-House Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, handling sales calls and emails, and visiting accounts as needed. You’ll work closely with our customers to help them stock the products that will sell best in their stores.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in-person visits
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail furniture stores
• Identify customer needs and match them with the right products
• Track customer orders and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Represent our company in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications:

• Sales experience preferred (wholesale or furniture industry a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and organized
• Comfortable with both phone and in-person customer interactions
