An ABA company is seeking an In-House Recruiter to help source, interview, and hire candidates for non-clinical office positions. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for finding top talent to join the team.
Responsibilities Include:
Recruiting & Sourcing:
Source and identify candidates for non-clinical positions, utilizing job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
Interviewing & Selection:
Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure the best fit for the team.
Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to job offer.
Candidate Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Provide timely follow-ups and feedback to candidates.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
Track and report on recruitment metrics and outcomes.
Ideal Qualifications:
Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates for office/non-clinical roles is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
