Human Resources Coordinator - Contract

Responsible for a variety of HR & Recruitment related activities that will give you an opportunity to gain hands-on experience.

• Assist with recruitment, including attracting and sourcing candidates, screening, interviews and working with Hiring Managers on candidate suitability
• Work collaboratively with team members from various departments on a variety of ad hoc requests
• Utilize our human resources information system (HCM) and maintain data integrity i.e. employee lifecycle changes
• Lead and complete special projects
• Perform any tasks associated with administering HR programs and initiatives including coordination of recognition, celebrations, employee events and community giving 
• HR continuous improvement i.e. standard work and digital initiatives
• Coordinate interview scheduling
• Coordinate and attend job fairs and other recruitment events, as required     

• Demonstrated problem solving skills with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer focused individual with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Energetic self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and Outlook

• Salary range of $49,000 - $66,000 - please note that this is an estimate and the actual salary will vary depending on experience, qualifications, and professional certifications (note: this salary range is based on a 12 month annual salary)
