 Location: Abu Dhabi
 

 Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
• Ensure compliance with licensing and credentialing requirements
• Coordinate onboarding and placement of new hires

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/ Master's in Human Resources or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE as a Recruiter in the Healthcare Domain
• Experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with healthcare licensing and regulations (preferred)
