The Role:

• Preparation and presentation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Managing general ledger reconciliations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Supporting the finance team in the preparation of year-end financial statements and audits.
• Collaborating with various departments to streamline processes and improve financial controls.

The Person:

• Newly qualified accountant or up to 1 year PQE in financial accounting, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to contribute to team success.
