The Opportunity: Skagit Valley College is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Human Resource Consultant 2 – Employment Processing Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This position plays a critical role in supporting the college’s employment lifecycle by managing high-volume, time-sensitive employment transactions and ensuring data accuracy in our HR systems.
The Employment Processing Coordinator works closely with HR Managers and staff to process employment actions, maintain personnel records, and support payroll operations. This position will primarily focus on managing transactions for the administrative exempt and faculty employee group, but will provide back-up transactional support for the classified, temporary, and student employee group when needed. This role requires strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible, classified position, working 40 hours per week, 12 months per year, on-site primarily on the Mount Vernon campus.
