We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate accounting. You will assist with financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities. This is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in accounting principles while supporting the financial health and integrity of the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily accounting operations, including journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and expense reporting.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Help prepare financial reports and assist in compiling data for audits and internal reviews.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards (e.g., GAAP).
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the accounting and finance team
  • Assist with entering Fixed Assets into ERP system.
  • Working knowledge of GAAP capitalization rules a plus


Pay Range

$49,000.00 - $60,000.00



Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Oracle ERP, SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:


This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
