Job Description:
Capgemini America, Inc. has multiple openings for the position of Business Systems Analyst 2 based out of its Chicago, IL U.S. headquarters. The employee may also work at various unanticipated locations. S/he will perform the following duties\: use technical tools/programming languages to conduct research/data analysis/implementation leading to an enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution for clients; Enable transformation and performance improvement of enterprise or its parts, with respect to people and process, by providing relevant capabilities, assets (human and non-human), processes and tools (from a functional aspect); and use any of the following to structure/analyze the current state of an enterprise, and design/guide related processes for an optimal future state\: ERP, application management, or custom software development (CSD); and conduct research, data analysis, and implementation for consulting projects.
Basic Qualifications:
This
position requires a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer
Science, Computer Applications, Information Systems, Information Technology,
Business Administration, Engineering (any), or closely related field plus at
least 2 years of experience in the job offered, as Software Engineer,
Programmer, Application Developer, Systems Analyst, or related IT position. The applicant must also have\: any period of experience
performing technical analysis in specific technology, including platforms (OO,
Java, Microsoft .NET, or Oracle), or
programming environments (UNIX, Windows, Open Systems, or Mobile Platforms); any period of experience performing systems
design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and support for the
client platform or environment; and any period of experience working with all
aspects of system implementation, including requirements gathering, future
state solution design, development of objects related to their process scope,
and testing and post implementation support.
