Experience: Six (6) months of full time equivalent technical experience within the last two (2) years supporting, administering and maintaining Microsoft desktops and/or servers, department software applications, and network infrastructure in a professionally administered network. - - AND - - Education: Thirty (30) semester (45 quarter) units of completed coursework from an accredited college, university or technical school in Information Technology, Business/Public Administration, or a closely related field -OR- completion of at least one fundamental Microsoft Certification; Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) certification; or CompTIA certification (A+, N+ or S+). |

| Experience: Eighteen (18) months of full time equivalent technical experience within the last two (2) years supporting, administering and maintaining Microsoft desktops and/or servers, department software applications, and network infrastructure in a professionally administered network. |

Experience: Current PSE/WEX/Intern for San Bernardino County performing related duties as qualifying experience. Current San Bernardino County employment MUST be listed in the Work Experience section of the application. - - AND - - Education: A completed associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business/Public Administration, or closely related field. Equivalent coursework will be accepted. Coursework must be listed in the Supplemental Questionnaire or transcripts may be attached to the application. |
Examination Procedure:
